We leverage deep broker relationships and rigorous underwriting to source under-market-priced assets. This means we start your investment from a position of advantage.
With deep construction experience, we execute renovations efficiently and increase cash flow, while meaningfully enhancing the living experience for our residents.
We tailor each deal strategy dynamically — either with a cash-out refinance to maximize distributions and long-term cash flow, or we sell to lock in the value we created.

Meet Tyler
In 2016, I bought my first fixer-upper property 2,000 miles away, sight unseen from my home in the SF Bay Area. Let's just say reality hit fast: unpredictable tenants, shoddy construction, and a project that quickly spiraled out of my control.
That experience taught me a crucial lesson: scaling real estate development and success isn't about going at it alone. It's about strategic partnerships, leveraging strengths, and learning from every challenge.
That's why I started Kenji Capital — named after my grandfather and my son — where we buy, renovate, and manage multifamily properties with investors and partners who share our vision. The name represents the bridge between generations: honoring the values my grandfather instilled in me while building something meaningful for my son's future.
Beyond deals, I'm also building a thriving Bay Area real estate community of 1,300+ members, connecting people, sharing insights, and growing together.
