In 2016, I bought my first investment property—2,000 miles away, sight unseen—from my home in the SF Bay Area. Let’s just say reality hit fast: unpredictable tenants, shoddy construction, and a property that quickly spiraled out of my control.
That experience taught me a crucial lesson: scaling real estate success isn’t about going at it alone. It’s about strategic partnerships, leveraging strengths, and learning from every challenge.
