That experience taught me a crucial lesson: scaling real estate success isn’t about going at it alone. It’s about strategic partnerships, leveraging strengths, and learning from every challenge. That’s why I started Kenji Capital—we buy, renovate, and manage multifamily properties with investors and partners who share our vision. Beyond deals, I’m building a thriving Bay Area real estate community of 1,200+ members, connecting people, sharing insights, and growing together.
